Welcome to Sional Ltd – Based in the picturesque North Wales seaside town of Llanfairfechan, our knowledgeable team of staff work hard to produce a wide range of branded clothing and merchandise for customers across the UK and beyond. Our business has gone from strength to strength since its establishment in 2005.
Our sales team are on hand to guide you through your branding needs, sharing their expertise and offering product suggestions which best match your requirements.
Once you have made your product and branding choices, the team will generate visual proofs and samples for you to see and give you the best quote to match your budget.
Meet the Team
Office Staff
Director – Alan Jones
Alan established the business back in 2005 and has worked tirelessly since then to build a strong team and wide customer base. He has an intricate knowledge of all areas of the business management. He will go out of his way to provide the products and services that your business requires.
Chris – Manager (Sales & production)
Chris has been with the business for the past 8 years and is an expert in promotional merchandise. Chris is the main point of contact for large corporate clients, working hard to ensure orders are completed within the timescales required.
Sam – Manager (Accounts and Marketing)
Sam is one of the longest serving members of the team, helping it to grow over the last 10 years. Sam is on hand to assist with any account queries and works on the marketing and website management.
Rachel – Sales Advisor
Rachel is in her 3rd year of working with the company. She has impeccable attention to detail and has a wide product knowledge. Rachel will work closely with you to ensure your branding requirements are met from the start of the process to completion.
Caroline – Sales Advisor
Caroline has worked for the business for almost 2 years building her product knowledge during that time. She has excellent customer service and will work hard to ensure your orders are completed with care and efficiency.
Matthew – Sales Advisor
Matthew has recently returned to Sional after a 3 year break pursuing other interests. He has developed great product knowledge in the time he has been with us. He is on hand to answer your questions and find you great quality products to fit your requirements.
Production Team
Sharon – Printer
Sharon has worked at Sional for the past 10 years. She has a vast knowledge of different printing methods, materials and produces excellent quality clothing and merchandise time after time.
Ffion – Embroiderer
The youngest and one of the newest members of the team, Ffion works tirelessly to produce fantastic embroidered clothing, working 6 machines at a time. She has great attention to detail and produces excellent work.
Steve – Warehouse manager
Our warehouse manager Steve overseas all goods in, releasing them to the relevant departments for decoration and despatching the goods upon completion of the order. Steve is an integral part of the process keeping us all on our toes with humour and his attention to detail.
