Can we return Products ?

All returns are Managed under our terms and conditions

11. All returns must be agreed with Sional Promotional Merchandise in writing and be registered under its returns procedure. Sional Promotional Merchandise reserves the right to reject goods arriving at its premises that are not so recorded or clearly marked with the correct returns number. Returns will be subject to a handling fee.

 

Returns and Cooling-Off Period
In addition to section 11 of the Sional Promotional Merchandise, standard, Terms and Conditions regarding returns, there is no cooling-off period for goods supplied with an imprint applied as per an artwork brief and signed of artwork acceptance form. This is a special condition which applies as the goods cannot be returned to stock for resale.


 

What is the Minimum order quantity.

Here at Sional we can provide branded clothing with NO MINIMUM order on all our extensive Clothing range

 

What artwork is required

 

Artwork requirements

Providing high quality electronic artwork or artwork on a disk will ensure production of the highest quality products. Please include all fonts, spot colours, Pantone colours, size specification, any amendments or special instructions with any artwork submitted. If colour references are not provided, we will match colours as close as possible to artwork submitted.

EPS, AI, PDF and CDR are the preferred file types.

These are Vector graphics and they consist of smooth lines that retain their clarity when scaled. Vector artwork is requested due to the need our designers have when working with logos, illustrations, type and graphics that are typically scaled to different sizes.

High quality (300dpi+) JPEG,BMP,GIF,TIFF,PSD and DOC file types are not preferred but we can use these to generate the required artwork for logo production but may cause a delay in order production. Hard Copies i.e. Letterhead, Compliment Slip and Business Card are also not preferred but we can use these to generate the required artwork for logo production but may cause delay and incur additional charges. Artwork provided on a disk must be a Compact Disc. ALL artwork provided electronically must be PC format. A previously printed sample is useful as a reference but must be accompanied by one of the above approved formats.

Q: Do you provide a rush service?
A: We can provide a rush service and will do all we can to help in out with a last minute emergency - for speed just speak to the team about your requirement.

Q: How can I arrange samples?
A: You can email your request for samples - if we haven't worked together before we may require a credit card payment for samples (subject to the request) and when you subsequently place your order we will credit back the sample charge.

Q: How long do samples take to arrive?
A: Our samples are all held in stock in the UK -   We aim to provide samples within 1-2 days but we will advise subject to the samples required.

Q: Do I get discount for multiple orders?
A: We do aim to provide you with competitive pricing and are always happy to discuss volume discounts. 

Q: Can you tell me more about the print and decorating options onto products?
 

Q: What are the carriage charges?
A: In order to arrange the most competitive carriage price we need to know the quantities and the shipping address.  We will then price check to ensure we give you the best solution.

Q: Are all your products ethically sourced - how do you manage that process?
A: Yes absolutely, we care very much about ethical sourcing and we have procedures in place to check this throughout the supply chain.

Q: Can you ship to our events around the world?
A: Yes indeed we can - we ship for our clients all over the world.

Q: Do you have a brochure you can provide me?
A: We do have a brochure -  request one on the contact us page.

Q: Can I open an Account?
A: First orders are Proforma and then we can arrange for our accounts department to send you an account application form if you are going to be placing regular orders with us.

Q: Can you take Credit Card payment?

A: Yes
